Cancellation policy

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be refunded 50% of the original charge. With certain exceptions, such as weather or emergencies. Failure to arrive for a scheduled session will result in being charged the full amount.
